Release of Liability Statement

RELEASE OF LIABILITY STATEMENT

By purchasing and installing this product from LEVUP, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. This release of liability affects your legal rights. Please read it carefully before proceeding with installation and use.

1. Inherently Dangerous Nature of the Product
You acknowledge that LEVUP products are inherently potentially dangerous to install and use. Use may involve risks including, but not limited to, injury, property damage, or death. You understand that improper installation or misuse can lead to hazardous conditions and dangerous situations.

2. OEM Warranty
You acknowledge that installation of a LEVUP product will likely void any warranty offered by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). You accept responsibility for researching your OEM warranty terms and waive any right to hold LEVUP liable for affected OEM parts warranties or support.

3. Legal Compliance
You understand and accept that installation and use of this product may render your vehicle illegal to operate in certain areas, jurisdictions, or under specific regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as any vehicle-specific requirements or regulations.

4. Waiver of Claims
You hereby waive and release LEVUP, along with its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, injuries (including death), costs, and expenses—whether known or unknown—arising out of or related to the installation, use, or operation of the product. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims based on negligence, product liability, breach of warranty, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

5. Assumption of Risk
You assume all risks associated with the installation, use, and operation of the product, including but not limited to risks arising from the nature of the product, its installation, any alterations made to the vehicle, and the potential illegality of operating the vehicle under certain conditions.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LEVUP, along with its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, injuries (including death), costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorney fees—arising out of or related to your installation, use, or operation of the product.

7. Severability
If any provision of this release of liability statement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Acknowledgment
By purchasing this product and signing your name at checkout, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this release of liability statement. You voluntarily and willingly assume all risks associated with the installation, use, and operation of LEVUP products, and you agree to release LEVUP from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, injuries (including death), costs, and expenses.
